Titan Alpha Awarded Communications Contract with VHA Office of Discovery Education and Affiliate Networks

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, is supporting a strategic communications task order for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)’s Office of Discovery Education and Affiliate Networks (DEAN).

DEAN drives VHA’s journey to becoming a learning organization and plays a critical role in transforming health care through innovation, training, research, and partnerships. Titan Alpha enhances these efforts by providing communication strategy support.

“Since 2008, the Titan Alpha team has been providing the Department of Veterans Affairs with transformational communication campaigns,” said PFS President Greg Smallwood. “We appreciate the opportunity to use our in-depth knowledge of VHA to support DEAN’s important work.”

Titan Alpha Awarded VHA Contract to Support Virtual Health Care

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, was recently awarded a task order to support virtual care initiatives of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)’s Office of Connected Care (OCC).

OCC is charged with creating an environment, through virtual care, that empowers Veterans and their caregivers to become active participants in the management of their own health care. It strives to improve access to benefits and services through VHA medical technologies, which include OCC’s digital products.

The Titan Alpha team will provide strategic and operational planning; budget formulation and tracking; performance management; meeting facilitation; and acquisition support services.

“OCC’s digital products are transforming and improving the delivery of health care to our nation’s Veterans,” said PFS President Greg Smallwood. “The Titan Alpha team is excited to bring our deep knowledge, experienced staff, and proven methodologies to this contract.”

“For the last four years, Titan Alpha has partnered with OCC to develop mission-critical solutions that support the advancement of Veteran health care,” said Atlas Research Technical Advisor Ryan Styer. “As we have seen with the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of virtual health care has only become more apparent. Titan Alpha Wins Contracts to Support VHA in Measuring and Improving Effectiveness

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, was recently awarded two task orders to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in measuring and improving the effectiveness of health care programs, products, and processes.

PFS and Atlas Research will work with the Office of Product Effectiveness (PE), which serves to validate investment decisions, provide accountability, and support continuous improvement of VHA health information and informatics projects. Results from PE projects support VHA stakeholders at the highest executive level.

Members of the Titan Alpha team will leverage measurement assessments to improve business and patient outcomes. They will also support VHA on a range of tasks, such as those related to patient access, points and coordination of care, and healthcare related business activities.

“The experts at PFS and Atlas Research know the importance of using proven and innovative measurement and analysis methodologies to translate findings into actionable and innovative strategies,” said Greg Smallwood, President of PFS. “We’re looking forward to using our extensive experience in this area to provide VHA with mission critical support.”

Titan Alpha Wins Contract to Support the VA Innovation Center with Care and Payment Initiatives

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, was recently awarded a task order to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Innovation Center (VIC) in establishing pilot programs that reduce costs, while maintaining or enhancing services to Veterans and their families.

Titan Alpha is working with VIC, which has several initiatives under development through its Care and Payment Innovation (CPI) portfolio. The Titan Alpha team is supporting VIC operations, pilot program design, stakeholder communications, the development of technology solutions, and measurement and evaluation services.

Titan Alpha Wins Contract to Optimize VHA Delivery and Modernization Through its Workforce

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, was recently awarded a contract to provide program management, knowledge management, and acquisitions support to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Workforce Management Consulting (WMC) Office.

The WMC Office engages with VHA stakeholders to deliver systems, infrastructure, and programs to help ensure that the nation’s largest integrated health system is able to attract and retain a motivated, highly qualified, and engaged workforce.

Titan Alpha Wins 10-Year, $1B Contract Vehicle to Support Veterans Health Administration Modernization and Transformation

WASHINGTON, DC – Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Atlas Research, won a 10-year, multiple-award Veterans Health Administration (VHA) contract to support an integrated healthcare transformation (IHT) effort to provide Veterans nationwide with seamless, high-quality healthcare.

Titan Alpha will work across three functional areas – transformation and innovation, implementation and operations support, and business-enabling services – to help modernize the Veterans healthcare system. The work will encompass a wide scope of services, including program and project management, change management and improvement, data analyses, training, strategic communication and implementation, supply chain, policy, and financial management.
